The first session of the 4th Ordinary General Assembly of our Federation will be held on Saturday, 12 October 2024, at 10:00 am at the Federation Headquarters in Kooperatifler Mah. Akkoyunlu 1. Sk. Geçid Sk. Yılmaz-12 Apt. 8/4, with the following agenda.
If the quorum is not reached at this meeting, a second meeting without the quorum requirement will be held at the same time and with the same agenda on Saturday, 19 October 2024, at an address to be announced later.
Agenda:
1. Opening, roll call and minute's silence,
2. Election of the Praesidium,
3. Reading, discussion and approval of the activity reports, the balance sheet, the income and expenditure account and the audit reports,
4. Discussion and approval of amendments to certain provisions of the Federation’s statutes,
5. Discussion of other matters,
6. Election of the Federation bodies,
7. Wishes, motions and closing.
